Bands
In both sandpaper and fiber, sanding belts, also known as sanding belts, are an excellent choice for robots, hand tools, backstands or calibrating machines. Our belts are recognized in the market for their bonding durability and for being made to our users' measurements. As a manufacturer and distributor of sanding belts, we can manufacture segmented, wave-cut and overlap belts, among many others.
Sanding belts are used in pneumatic and electric tools and are used to remove surfaces, achieve finishing, roughing or cleaning in a short time.
Sanding pads
Our fiber pads are flexible and ideal for cleaning, finishing and surface preparation. They can be used wet, semi-wet or dry by hand or with an orbital sander. As the best abrasive distributors in the country, we have the best price in the market, as well as different presentations in our pads.
We have pads with different degrees of abrasion, such as coarse, medium and fine. They can be adapted to any surface and intervene it in an identical way in all its parts, so it does not deform the thickness of the parts it intervenes.
Sandpaper cartridges
Sanding cartridges can be used in different presentations: conical, straight and semi-conical. Quick change discs
Quick change sanding discs are made with the highest quality bonding between their backings. Our discs are micro bonded and adhesive bonded, so they are quick to change and very safe for your operators. They can be made of different types of mineral such as aluminum oxide, ceramic, carbide and zirconia fiber.
PSA discs
PSA discs with glue are used especially in the area of a surface that requires preparation for painting and for wooden areas. To leave a good finish, they are resin bonded to a highly durable fabric backing and are used on smooth and Velcro backings. They are made to withstand the high temperatures of the friction they generate when in use and can be removed manually at the end of their use. They come in box or roll form and are used in orbitals with dust extraction.
Flap discs
They are the most competitive option in the market. They have the characteristic of being made up of sheets, flaps or fins that cover the entire disc uniformly, one after the other. They are usually made of fiberglass or plastic, so their consumption is lower and their use does not stain, as they absorb vibrations. They have a plastic backing that is comfortable to use, are highly resistant and very light in weight.
